It’s ok to feel anxious

Dear Children,

Corona and Coreszon – sounds like wordplay, but it is part of our reality. A new virus with a new illness has spread in our community. This can make anyone feel insecure, both children and parents. Some people are afraid. Lots of people feel stressed.

Stress and anxiety can make it hard to play, learn and do all of the things that make you happy. Coreszon’s Toolkit is meant to help show you how you can deal with stress and anxiety. Anyone can learn how to use the tools for themselves, and with their families. This can make you feel stronger and safer.
